Cancellation Policy

At Right Side Support, I understand that circumstances can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling are managed to ensure fairness for both clients and the business.

 

Discovery Calls

 

Free discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time. If possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Appointments

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the agreed fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may be charged 100% of the agreed fee.

 

Court Hearings

 

Court attendance requires time to prepare and reserve availability.

If a court hearing is cancelled by the client after preparation has begun, charges may still apply for work already completed. Any remaining balance will be discussed fairly with the client.

If a hearing is adjourned by the court, any fees already paid will normally be transferred to the new hearing date where possible.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

I understand that emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be reduced or waived at my discretion.

 

Cancellation by Right Side Support

 

If I need to cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of:

• Rescheduling your appointment; or

• Receiving a full refund of any fees paid for services that have not yet been provided.
